Exchanges & Returns

OUR POLICY
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
It is recommended packages be sent via FedEx, UPS or DHL with a tracking number. Freight is not refundable.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.

LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Lemon Limon.

REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Lemon Limon account or future orders being refused.

DAMAGED ITEM
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

REFUND OPTIONS
The following refund options are supported:
* Refund to the original payment method
* Refund to store credit

Refunds will be issued to original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.

Your return will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping is not refundable but you will not be charged shipping for your return.
